Lost all of her kids in the fire

Her family may have survive the storm and the earth quake some how but fire didn't spare them. The couple was on the hospital to have their mother (not sure who's) when the fire hit their house. Sadly, when the fire fighters came to rescue only the other mom was saved. All three kids died in the fire.
