Miss Grand International is Philippines

Last night was a history for the Philippines. We won back-to-back in Miss Grand International 2025. I have been rooting for our bet since day 1 and she did really an amazing job. It paid because she bagged the crown on the final night. Our Philippine National Anthem was also played and sung by most of the audience members. I had goose bumps. If I am not mistaken, it was first time the national anthem of the country was played after the declaration of the winner. Are you a fan of pageants? How are pageants in your country?

Congratulations, that’s wonderful! Pageants have kind of faded over the decades here. I used to watch the Miss America pageant every year as a child, but I’m not sure it’s even broadcast on regular channels now.

So many Miss So and So pageants nowadays that I don't know. The only pageants I know of are the likes of Miss Universe and Miss World which I also know nothing about now since I don't watch anymore.

Congratulations to her. Sometimes I will watch a pageant. We have several each year of different kinds.
