Hello, all! It's 8:45 by my computer clock, and I just feel achy. 
I guess I'll stay home today--I have no appointments, and no errands to run--there is one I'd like to do, but I just ache all over and think I'll wait.
Right now, I'd like to get breakfast and coffee.
