Persimmon season

We have a persimmon tree in our yard, it has lots of persimmons. I love this fruit As we have many, I gave some to a cousin who is pergnant and also love persimmons. I also did a cake on Sunday but there is nothing left For my afternnon snack I will have persimmon with chia seeds, green yogurt and cinnamon, it tastes like a dessert Do you like persimmons? P.S. I tried to upload a picture but I couldn't make it.

Hi Manuela Yes we used to pick them and eat them from the trees fresh as children in the Ozark region of Missouri USA.

@RebeccasFarm I don't know why but persimmons bought at the supermarket are different from the ones I have on my yard.

I haven’t had a persimmon in so long I don’t remember what they taste like. I would love to try them again because I imagine I’d enjoy them.
