Red Flag

After being together for eight years, you usually expect clarity and commitment from your partner. But if they still avoid talking about the future, make excuses to delay marriage or serious decisions, and seem distant or less interested in spending time together, those are clear red flags. Constant arguments, lack of effort, or emotional disconnect can also show they’re no longer as invested. A serious partner values your time and emotions — if you’re the only one holding things together, it might be time to rethink where the relationship is going.

Very true. Unfortunately some will hold on too long in the hope things will change. With all the red flags you mention , things will not change in that situation.
