Cottonwood Arizona Police Officers answered a lot of emergency calls from concerned persons on Tuesday October 28 about an emu that ran away from its home and was running on the streets. The Cottonwood Police with the assistance of Animal Control officers teamed up to capture the emu, take it home to its owner safely the same day. The police officers were happy that catching an emu and taking the animal home was better than having to deal with a real crime in Cottonwood, Link is msn.com/en-us/news/cri...

Another animal running the streets. I'm glad the emu was returned to its home.

It is evident that due to the popularity of the emu on the insurance company, people are adopting emus as their pets.
