I saw an emergency vehicle outside, and the next thing I knew I heard a knock at the door. An emergency worker asked if there was someone here who called 911 that was having trouble breathing? The signal was "pinging" (as he put it) here. Now, I have called 911 before, but it wasn't me this time! I sure hope it wasn't a crank call--those guys' time doesn't need to be wasted. If there is someone in distress, I hope they find them! I even checked my phone.... * * * * * * I saw someone looking past my apartment from across the street, and when I got up to look out the window, there were two police cars parked outside. I seriously hope that no one is crank calling 9-1-1...
