Good morning. It's a rough one.

If you didn't know. And, live in America, Daylight savings time ended last night. In short, for the states that observe daylight savings time we set our clocks back an hour. While I have a handful in the house to change, the overall change in general is still jaring even though I don't have school or a job where I have to punch a time clock. It still takes time for my body to adjust to the change, and the first day is always the hardest.
Especially when giving time-sensitive medicine to George. But, surprisingly, I still feel like I got a good night sleep. As did George. He's also asking me to fix the one clock radio by his side of the bed. I'll be sure to get to it.
At least the worst of the cold front appears to be over.

We set our clocks back last night as well & I got up at 5;30 this morn
instead of 6;30 like normal, I just had to wait a hr to take my meds
which wasn't no Biggy but I WILL be taking a nap in a short after eating
breakfast-lunch.

Part of me wants to do the same, because I feel like like I was up later than usual, even though I went to bed around the same time. I was actually awake to watch one repeat.

I hate those looooong dark nights, and I need at least several days to adjust to the change of time. I keep my LED clock by my bed to the old time because i know the new, I change the toaster oven clock, and my PC and laptop take care of themselves,

I have a few clocks I have to manually change. George's able to help me in some of the cases. He had me fix his bedside clock, because he used to keep it fast. Now he wanted it fixed. So I fixed it. It's the first and only clock radio we've had with auto dst settings. I'm not bothering with the microwave because the digatal display is broken.

"worst of the cold front appears "....
Yet do not you have colder weather in January and February?
Time changes can indeed need adjustments.
And time bound medicines can take even more care and tracking.
Have a nice week ahead.

Sometimes, depends. It's not unusal to have near 80 degree weather year-round.
