How to Handle User-Friendly People

Over the years, I've learned to ignore those who routinely treat me indifferently. This is one of the lessons I've learned from interacting with diverse groups of people. Being with these people is unhealthy. Some of them tend to know you when they need something from you.
How do you deal with these individuals?
Do you ignore them, or do you continue to handle them with tact?

Its quite difficult sometimes to know people who treat you differently genuinely, but just give them only things you can afford to lose.

Thankfully, I don't really remember a time when I was around someone like that.

I have no one bothering me. When I did I just kept away from them and ignored them,
