Got the mail...

I put on a coat and a mask, got my umbrella and went to get the mail. There was a key in my mailbox along with the mail; that meant I had a package in one of the larger mailboxes. It was a big box that turned out to be the five work-out shirts and the notebook I ordered from Amazon.
Mail-wise, I got a catalog, a store ad, someone wanting me to take out a credit card, Bank of America wanting me to take out another credit card, a bank statement, and someone else wanting money I don't have.
At least there were no bills.
Before that I received a phone call from the pastor's wife saying that the person who usually picks me up to take me to Bible study isn't coming because she's sick, and that she (the pastor's wife) would pick me up so she wanted to give me a heads up. When she took a breath, I told her that I couldn't come because of this chest cold that I have. I sure hope to be better Sunday.
Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land, and that perhaps you got something pleasant in the mail today.

Yeah, I don't want to make anyone else sick, either.
