Today I'm going over to the store and getting some good cough medicine. Usually, I've found, it makes a cough go away faster.
After that I will try to rest, honest. 
I've had breakfast, and will get some tea in a bit.
It's not raining here, but my little weather widget in the corner of my screen says "coastal flood advisory." I don't think that will affect us here.

I'm always seeing those often with no real threat of rain. It typically doesn't bother us, either.
