first you have to find that your idea is not yet invented by someone else . for this you can search the net or request a Academic Librarian or a professor in the relevant field . just be see that you are reinventing the wheel . you have to publish your idea with the complete details in a reputed journal [ not a magazine ] of the relevant field. you get feedback from experts & interested persons . depending on their encouragement you can proceed for the invention . you may need funds & you have to approach an indusrialist / funding organizations for this . After your invention is done with good results , you have to apply for the patent . you can know the procedure thru a scientist /a professor ...

first u need to go on a show called dragons den.. they hav a couple dragons there that c ur product.. then they like im out meaning they dotn like ur product.. that means u continue wit ur life get a real job and get ur product outta here cuz its useless.. but or else they give u like 100-200 grand depedning on how much u neeed or want n then they help u get started n s%#% n all that.. i think its in US..so if u dont live there.. then tehy cant help u.. but YO patent lawyers can b good and sometimes cant b good. watch out they like other lawyers... they like we help u on this case then he like no im not helping u after he takes ur money hes out the door like a thief in the night. sorry if u dont undersatand im stil learning english and i been lsiteng to some music and i keep sayin it cuz i cant remebr the actual englsih i be learning from my books at school. i come from india so sorry or my mistakes if they disturb u in the wrong way. opealease tell me and i can help u undersatnd waht im trying to say beczu ia lso dont kno waht im sayingf sometimes. yes, you have to have a patent lawyer, because someone then could easily take your idea or invention. But make sure you have it all planned out etc.
