Got the mail...

Before I left to get the mail, I was playing phone tag--I was supposed to make an appointment with this lady and my case worker said she'd drive me, and then she said she couldn't do it on Wednesday (when my original appointment was), so I had to call the lady back that I was going to have the appointment with that I needed another time... Then I thought of another lady I spoke to at the Health Center who said that her organization gives rides, so I called her and she said that she'd schedule me... (dot dot dot was because the lady I spoke to that I mentioned above just called me back) ...for a ride as soon as I had a time. I called the lady I had an appointment with again, she gave me a time, and I called the Health Center back and was told the lady I wanted to speak to was in a meeting, and she would get back to me at 3pm (PST). Sure enough, maybe a minute after 3 she called, and we've got my ride all set up and I'm good to go to this other appointment two towns over on the 18th of this month. Anyway.... per the title of this post, I did get the mail, which turned out to be only an AARP bulletin, a cupon for an oil change place, and someone wanting money. No bills, so that's good. Right now, I'm getting a call from a number I don't recognize, so I'm not answering it. Sheesh...Hope that you all are well and that you got something pleasant in the mail in your part of myLot land!
