It's Always in the Last Place You Look

Last night I woke up in the middle of the night suddenly remembering that I had bought a special souvenir in Aruba during my trip two or three weeks ago and that I hadn't seen it since I'd been home.
I searched everywhere today. In all the luggage I had carried, in the purse I had carried, in my travel kits that I take with my each time, etc. Couldn't find it. I had a vague memory of putting inside something that zipped.
Then suddenly I remembered, "The charging cords pouch!" So I ran to get it and sure enough that was there it was, in the zippered pouch with the charging cords.
I think it was meant to be for a "dog" instead of a "cat" but I liked it anyway because it's a paw print with Oliver's name on it.
Can you believe I bought a souvenir for my cat? I crack myself up!

I don't think he cares. I'm sure he loves it.

It is nice of you to buy a souvenir for your cat.

Oh I would so do that, of course it is for ourselves.
Like the cat would care what name was on it..
. They know that you call them something..but are oblivios to the concept of a name.
