Well that was a largely wasted morning....

I went to the post office and sent the things that I needed to, and then sat out on the low wall to wait for the bus. When it finally showed up, it went right by me--I'm guessing because Iike a doofus I had my head down reading instead of looking for the bus. So, I walked to our local Kohl's a few blocks down the road. I was looking for a white button down shirt and dark pants to wear to my interview. I found the department I needed, and then wandered around it for half an hour or forty-five minutes before I saw and associate. I told her what I was looking for, and she looked in all of the exact same places I did and just said something like, "Sorry. " I remembered why I don't shop at Kohl's that often. I noted that as large as the store is, there was hardly anyone in it. I did manage to get a pair of dark pants, and the lady at the fitting room was nice, anyway. I caught the bus again and went to our local Ross, but they didn't have anything in my size. At least I got a lot of steps this morning--and as far as the interview, I'll just have to wear the best I've got. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
