I was doing Bible study when the phone rang. I looked at the number and didn't recognize it, but I answered. It was a lady from a daycare about a block from me that I had applied to before, but not taken the job because they wanted me to go back to school to get infant units, and I didn't have the money. This was a different lady than I had spoken to before, and "Someone" must have wanted me to keep talking, because I did. The lady explained that the classes would be taken on line, and I could work there while I took the classes. Okay. She asked me to send a copy of my transcript and any certificates I'd gotten if I had them. I told her that I didn't know where my Associate Teacher's Certificate was, but of course later I found a copy of it in my computer files. After I sent her the copy of my transcript, she emailed me back and said she couldn't open it because it wasn't a PDF file. At first I tried to convert what I had to a PDF file, and couldn't make it work, and after trying a couple of different things I looked at my files and there already was a PDF version of my transcript, so I sent it, then shut down the computer and went for a walk to check the mail. No mail, but on the walk I hit 6,000 steps. When I came in I checked my email and she'd gotten the PDF transcript. Now all I need is to confirm that she wanted to see me Monday. I think that I'm done with phone calls for now. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

Stacey, that is fantastic! I guess it’s a good reason to answer phone numbers you don’t recognize! I can’t wait to hear about what happens Monday!
