yes and no, My brother shot me in the foot and even though the police were not after him I could not turn him in, I first went to my parents to see what they would do. I feel one day the past will catch up to him if he doen't change his ways but I don't want to tip the boat. But if he was wanted and I feared for my safety and I knew it would help him I would and it would be hard but it would have to be done.
