Well, it's always nice to come back to mylot after my usual long absence(s) and find that it's still here! Haha. 
Really glad that the site and everyone here is, I suppose, standing the test of time. 
Anyway, I'm back again... for now... Have no idea how long this spell may last... 
But I normally like to make a new post first thing I come back so that anyone I interact with in some way while I'm here, in case they [make a wrong turn 
and] find themselves on my page, have something new to land on.
Do you, or would you, do something similar?

I have but I think it depends on how long I disappear for.

Don't give up! Seems you're quite active here when you're here, and post often and daily.
When I'm here, I normally only post once in a day. But then I disappear because I'm terrible at managing my time! Ah well. I always wish I can keep at it, but often fail... ... ... But who knows? Maybe I'll make it this time.

Welcome back, my friend. I have been here since 2011- 2012.
When I come here I first comment back on notifications. I start a discussion when an idea strikes my mind or when something unusual happens in my life.

Ah! Of course, check notifications first.
But in my case, since it was over a year since I was last here, my notifications page is empty.
I suppose, I could just go back to my discussions list and respond to comments I wasn't able to get back to... But there's a bit of a dilemma there - would I rather spend my time now going back to the past, or moving forward into the now and future?
... I guess was a bit too lazy to review the past... Maybe someday I'll find the motivation to do so. 
Never say never!

@moirai No problem. I'll try to respond to your other discussions also. Actually , like you, I lack time.Most of my time is spent in managing my grocery store. Still I try to spend every second of my free time here. My father is over 80. I don't want him to get tired, though he is absolutely fit and has no problem whatsoever.
