Hello! The bell ringing went well--though I went to the opposite end of the store than I was supposed to to meet the lady with the kettle. People were pretty nice--of course a lot of people walked right past me--but that's the way it is with stuff like that. It was chilly out there. A lot of the people who went by said things like, "Are you chilly?" or "You poor thing. Aren't you cold?" "You should be wearing a hat." This morning before I left I couldn't find me gloves anywhere. Towards the end of my "shift" one of the ladies who went by asked if she could get me a coffee at the Starbucks in the grocery store. At around one o clock, the lady I met in the morning came back for the kettle. I think everything worked out pretty well.
