FLOATING SHIP??????

I will look some up ... need to work out density of the float boat??? wood-steel-fibreglass- concrere??? need to know the area in the water and the hollow area "the hold" internal area as a void of water.. I havent gone this far before but will give it a go we should be able to get close to you floating and not swimming!!!!! eric

Its called displacement .... a floating object will float if it displaces more volumn or weight of the water than the weight of the floating object
