It's one minute to three o clock, and I just got home a while ago. A lady from church is going on a getaway for a couple of days and wanted me to stop by and feed and water her bird while she was gone, so she had me go over to her apartment and show me what was what about his food and stuff. She's alone like me in her apartment, so I think that that's one reason why she talked so much about other things. I think I may have to stay over at her apartment a lot, because she wants me to keep the bird on his "routine", which means being there to cover up his cage at 9 p.m., and I am not walking home at that time of night, plus the buses don't run that late. She did say to make myself at home when I was there, so I'll take her up on that. In a bit I'll have a late lunch/early dinner. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

You’re kind to do it. Staying over there just makes sense considering how much money you’d have to spend on the bus relative to what she paid you. But obviously, the biggest reason would be your safety at that time of night.

The bird will be happy to have company.
