Our small city of La Carlota was in the limelight last night. It was the 2025 opening of annual Festival of Lights and Music to usher the Birth of Jesus. "The opening of Christmas Festival of Lights and Music honors the true source of our city's brilliance—the dedication of our people," said the City Mayor in his speech. Our newly elected City Mayor official switched on the lights which glisten the entire facade of City hall, offices of City Mayor and City Council. The public plaza was jampacked with multitude of people coming from different neighboring towns and cities. And the streets along the public plaza were impassable for they're occuppied by curious onlookers.

I love the Christmas season, and I always appreciate people talking about the birth of Jesus as the true reason we celebrate. The photo is absolutely lovely. I wish the Christmas season lasted longer than it does.

Well that's right. The central figure of Christmas is Jesus' birth.
