If you could return to school, what would you study?

If I were to return to school it would be to take some world religions courses. I find that topic of great interest.

@looeyville I’d love to be back in education so long as it wasn’t a repeat of elementary and secondary school - they were hell on earth for me. I’d take classes to improve my ability to speak Greek, Italian cookery and watercolour painting. How and ever I have no time.

I don’t know that I’d want to return to school for “formal” study of history…because formal, structured history classes are BORING. My European history textbook from college could have put a chronic insomniac to sleep in three sentences. My professor made that class fun. The other bad thing is that I get off on these wild tangents, so instead of “next chapter” I’d be somewhere looking up Jerrie Mock! (She was the first woman to fly solo around the world.)

I have a couple degrees and just love learning. Tonight, I applied to the community college in the town over. I'm university if I was to go for my masters, but I don't want to. I've been checking their catalog and will see if they will allow me to take a few I've already taken in California and Oregon. Washington may be more strict. Those will be abnormal psychology, physiology, philosophy and special needs.

I have finish my master in education management.

I would study things related to medicine and plants etc. I am learning to manage terrarium now.

If I could return to school, I would like to study two subjects- maths and our classical language Sanskrit. I'm now studying Sanskrit at home. A few months more and I will be able to write and speak in English fluently.
