Today early morning as I was going to get up, I heard a knock at my door. I opened the door and found one of my friends and his wife standing. I was surprised . My friend lives at Noida and had come to see me. I was so happy to see him after a long time. But today I could not go out for my regular long walk. I asked my friend if he would like accompany me in walking 10 kms. He refused saying he can't walk such a long distance and would get exhausted if he goes with me. Since I had to entertain my friend, I had to decide not to go for my morning walk today. But now I am feeling lazy and unwell. I did yoga situps, pushups etc, but still I'm feeling very lazy.

Well, well, it must be cold and smog that made him come to your place! Well, we still have terrible Smog and the Fog component has increased a lot today. Anyways, enjoy your time with your friend. At times, changing a routine can unsettle a lot. Hopefully, things would be better tomorrow.

Thank you. No, actually they had come here by train only to see me. Here the weather is very cold, but I go for walk every morning. Today my routine changed and I couldn't settle it even after doing many exercises. It happens. Changes is a part of life. My friend left in the noon and my routine will begin from tomorrow. I know, Delhi is very much polluted. Everyday I hear the news about the city getting more polluted. I wonder how you summon courage to go out for work.

@Shivram59 Its Hybrid for me. Still, we have to go out in the open. Pollution is not good. Cough and Cold take longer to heal. Coughing at times is mainly due to pollution.

I am glad you got to visit with your friend, but it is easy for our bodies to get out of whack when our routine changes, even slightly.

Lol! When you have an unexpected visitor, it will disturb your routine. But I am glad you have a friend who visited you from time to time. God bless.

No morning walk for me any day. You missing a 10km walk for one day would not do you any harm I hope you enjoyed the time with your friend and his wife

No, no, I'm not missing morning walks for one day only. I have to forget the jungle for three months until the herd leaves the jungle. I now walk to the opposit direction every early morning. There are buildings everywhere and I don't like it. I love jungles.
