Back again...

We had a good service, and afterward we celebrated a lady's birthday afterwards. Someone brought cupcakes with little plastic rings on them--like for a little kid's party. I picked one that was chocolate, and had a bear ring on it--'cause I like bears. 
When I got home, I stuck the bear ring on one of the branches on my Christmas tree.
I also brought home a cup full of the peach cobbler that my "surrogate mom" made, and poured some of the ice cream on it that had pretty much melted, so it was "vanilla sauce". 
I'm feeling pretty full after all that, so I am going to wait around until I actually feel hungry again before I eat--whenever that may be.
The little weather widget in the corner of my computer screen says "Rain in one hour" and "Areal flood watch", plus, it's currently 61 degrees F.
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning, so I'll text the FIL of the guy who's dog I'm walking to let him know I'd be later. Hopefully it won't be raining too hard by the time I get out of my appointment.
