We Got Through the Reading

We got through the advent reading, but not without a lot of tears but it’s definitely understandable this has been a hard year for both of us, but especially for her! I’ll try to link the video, but not sure if it will work or not!

Sometimes we need to shed those tears. That means a lot. Success at times is just being able to survive each day during our low phases

I actually was telling my friend that it was okay to cry! It was a hard year especially for her!

@Michellekidwell Oh! It's completely okay. In fact, I personally feel that at times crying is so important. I find myself healed a bit after a good cry. It's healthy to express the feelings than to let it bolt inside you.
