They started to build the whole system around one Person. Patrick Mahomes. That is very true, though. Well if you wanted him safe the Offensive line should have been number one from the start. It could have been a lot of gambles but, you have the best QB in football. You won three super bowls and went to 5 out of 6, but some where in all that success you forgot it takes a team to win. You forgot if he is not protected no one is protected. That is actually why Trump gets so protected. The difference is look what happens to the team when he is not there. Mahomes,when not in game for Chiefs they were man handled. The few exceptions were Coaching staff was so good. Now I think the whole system just thought they could rely on one person. Now Chiefs out of playoff, Mahomes is done, maybe well in to next year and they could be leaving Missouri. Let me tell you this. Changing scenery does not make your problems go away, makes it look like you running. All you have to do is what works. Protect Mahomes give him some common sense players and you will be in the running for super bowl every year. When you do dumb stuff like grow a empire on materialistic stuff when you have the true answer, you look silly. Chiefs going down hill if they do not remember what its all about.
