"The Chosen" is a series, first independent studio released, now on Netflix, that is about the life of Jesus. Let me tell you, the actor who portrays Jesus is the best and you feel like he really IS Jesus. The Chosen is on its 5th season and will have more in the future (a total of 7). It's set in the first Century in Galilee, Jerusalem, etc. and shows you Jesus's life through the eyes of the apostles and disciples. It shows historical accounts of the Jewish religious leaders at that time (Saducees and Pharisees) as well as Roman government officials. For those of you who've read the bible, it brings the bible to full life for you. For those of you who haven't read the bible, it's a good story. It's bringing me more in depth with the bible and how I should be living my life. I highly recommend this series.
