Hello again, myLot!

There was some trouble with the bus I take to get to the point where I can walk to the Father in law's house to get the dog. While I was waiting, there was a weird (painful) twinge in the back of my right knee and I fell backwards. My right knee is the one they say has "mild osteoarthritis". I'm going to check the medical website and see what part of my body this CT scan I'm supposed to have is going to focus on. I hope it's my knee. Been having a pain in my right hip, too. Maybe a doctor can tell me what kind of stretches to do and what not. Before I came home, I stopped at the store to get some milk, and grabbed some seafood salad and crackers to have for lunch. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

Seafood salad sounds so good! I bet they can tell you some good exercises for your hip like you want. Have they ever given you any for your knee?

Not that I can think of. I can never remember anything a doctor says to me.

@xstitcher I bet they wouldn’t mind if you recorded their directions or parts of your appointment on your phon. My mom’s friend used to do that. It really helped her keep things straight. She just would draw a blank on what they talked about, and her husband couldn’t always go with her.

Don't you buy vitamins or supplements for your muscles? Maybe a little exercise and drinking lots of water would be better.

I hope the CT scan includes your knees.
