We just got back from the port Orange Wal-mart. George seems to enjoy going to the various stores. I'll take it because i enjoy spending time with him. And, now that he knows eletric carts exist he's a happy guy.
I have the dryer going, and he's got a cd playing. I'm glad he's having fun with all of it, because I want him to.
And, yes, I was the a-hole in Wal-mart playing music on a phone and no one cared, because it's Wal-mart and that's the least annoying and insane thing a person's done.

as long as he's happy & he's enjoying life, that's the best thing he needs
as long as it doesn't interfere with his health in a bad way let him be.
We go to Wally world get what we need & get outta there as soon as we can
cause the longer we stay in there the more $ we spend that we can't afford.

@kaylachan Yea it doesn't always work that way
we use to be able to get out of Walmart with just
a 100 $ now it cost 2-300 $ but that was like 10 yrs ago.

2 hours ago I was in the van resting after I fixed and tightened the bolt on the side of seat then I opened Spotify app from my phone to listen to my fave pop songs

That sounds like a really sweet and simple win of a day. It is great that George enjoys tagging along and finding joy in little things like store trips. Electric carts are a game changer, so I get why he’s so happy now. It is fun riding them. Spending time together like that is what really matters anyway. The background mix of a running dryer and a CD feels oddly comforting. Those everyday sounds mean things are calm and good in that moment. I am having a little busy day with some chores on top of my list to be completed by end of day. Enjoy the time!
