In west bengal mustard is used as a most reliable edible oil for cooking fish curry and vegetables. The mustard paste is given in ilish fish dishes. In winter they grow the best. The yellowish farmlands of mustard look awesome in the hills.

Indeed, the Mustard fields are looking marvelous.
Mustard is grown in Punjab and Haryana also in the winters.
Sometimes Bollywood songs are shot in such fields as well.
