Do you give back or volunteer with any organizations?

I donate to various charities, like Habitat for Humanity, St Jude's, and Unicef, and I have volunteered with a local animal rescue for 23 years.

Not at the moment, but I have done so in the past.

I drive people to medical appointments and similar things. I volunteer as an usher at the theatre and as a steward at music events. I'm a member of the Parish Council (these are not exactly voluntary roles, in that you are required to attend meetings, but they are unpaid). I drive Father Christmas and his sleigh around the village on two evenings every year. I help out with fundraising events at our local library. I deliver the village magazine every month. I'm a member of our local toad patrol, helping to save toads and newts from getting squashed on the road on the way to their breeding ponds - this takes up many evenings from February up to April. I do litter picks when I get the chance. I organise and host a little music group for beginners to play together.

I"m unable to do volunteer work in my present condition. The only thing I ever volunteered for was to work on a candidate's campaign; and they never called me!

I plan to help in some ways. I don't have time to volunteer, but I want to donate money.
