Why do you think that celebrities are arrogant and conceited?

I have heard countless stories of fans and supporters not getting due attention from the end of celebrities. At the end of the day, if the fans and followers don't queue up to watch movies or shows or concerts, the celebrities would have to deal with a hard time.
I understand that attending to each and every supporter is not within the bounds of possibility. But, spending roughly two or three minutes with each fan at an event or concert does not sound to be a huge deal.
We know that 'Pride shall have a fall' and this fact is applicable for everybody. If modesty and decency are not valued by bigwigs and top guns, they may start perishing or misfiring some day. Then, they will transform themselves. Do you agree?

When you’re constantly told you are a big deal I guess you really start to believe and act like it. On the other hand, fans accepting two or three minutes is all the time they have with the celebrity seems hard to do. They’re likely to want to continue the encounter when they are urged to move on to let the next person visit.
That being said, most stars do seem full of themselves, and it would not hurt them to show appreciation, if not in person, then in other ways. They have plenty of people and money to decide what other ways are out there.

It has a lot of factors and it depends on the crowd that they usually hang out with, to the homes where they have been raised, and to the agency who manage them, and sometimes they are just too tired to mingle, or the fans are getting too harsh on them, we can't blame it all to them.
But yes, sometimes fame gets into their heads.
And blame it also to the crowd they are in the influence them.
