THINGS FOR WHICH I THANK THE LORD.
Tragedy avoided
Honey for my coffee.
A day without pain.
Needs being met.
Knowledge about the things of God.
Freedom to come and go.
Upbeat celtic music.
Losing weight and staying healthy.
Neighbours who care about me.
Excellent food cooked by my husband.
Seeing enough colours to make abstract drawings.
Sleeping with my kitten.
Thankfulness.
Gratitude unleashed,
Every day, I breathe again,
Thank you, loving God.

I've tried haiku it's been challenging but I know I'll master it . Thanks for sharing this poem

I believe in you. Feel free to send me your hiku attempts for critique if you like. Generally, though, you just think of an idea that that you want to express and then figure out how to say it in the five, seven, five pattern.
