I went down to the Salvation Army and returned the apron and bell from the bell ringing. On the way back home, I stopped at the preschool I had applied at toward the end of last year to see if they'd picked anyone. I knocked on the door and asked, and the lady I spoke to said "Didn't (the hiring person) call you?" I explained I'd been having problems with my phone, and gave the lady my email. Evidently only the "hiring manager" can tell me anything--something like this happened before. I don't know why anyone who works there can't just tell me they picked someone else so that I can quit wondering. In a bit I'll be looking for something for lunch. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

It is very important to get a letter if you are accepted or not just for the closure, I know that feeling. But I always received e-mails if the position that I applied for was closed. The sad part for me if they keep me hanging, after I pass the interview and exam, some companies wll not let you know if someone ranks above all the applicant that passed their initial interview and exam.
