Tonight was an easy dinner kind of night. I stopped at Dollar General Market on the way back from town and grabbed ground beef, potatoes, and cheese so I could throw together a shepherd’s pie.
Potatoes went on to boil almost the second I walked in the door. When they were just about done, the ground beef followed. Everything got assembled, buried under cheese, and sent off to the oven to think about what it had done.
Less than an hour later, dinner was ready, no one was starving, and the dish situation was kept to a respectable minimum.
So that’s what’s for dinner tonight. What did you have… or are you still staring into the fridge hoping for inspiration?

My mom cooked chicken with potatoes and gisantes plus she also cooked veggies with tofu for me.

I've almost stopped going to McD's because the one here sucks! We had Wendy's for lunch todya.

@thislittlepennyearns I don't eat it often. I'm more into BK and Taco Bell. I did get a Happy Meal recently because I wanted the Disney toy lol.
