The Dead App in China wants to confirm whether you are alive or dead

There is this new app in China that keeps asking people the question : Are you dead? You need to respond immediately , otherwise, the app will assume you are dead. This app is being used to monitor single people and the state of their mind to ensure they are not suicidal.
