Went to get the mail... / myLot

...and get another 2,000 steps in the process. I went out the side of the complex, and then around the complex to the dirt road at the back, and then through the gate and got my mail. That consisted of one envelope with memo sheets in it from a gal in a Facebook group. Not too bad. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later!

Yesterday I got 8,000 step for my daily walking routinebexercise. By abd by I start walking after eating my breakfast.

I got a letter from a hospital telling me their records have been hacked, and my information was stolen. Amazingly, this is the second time in three years.

That is great. I wish I could get out and walk like you do. I just have to be real careful in the cold and heat. I need to get a new pedometer cause I lost my last one. Any suggestions to get me motivated?
