The ringe gourd plantations are interesting

The ringegourds are called jhinge in bengali. They are tied with strings so that when the vegetable grows they bulge from the top. They are watery vegetables so there is a macha created on top. Jhinge is used by bengali with poppy seed called posto and there is a lovely dish called jhinge posto. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ZHwE_GlcGm4 https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bgBvkNEhK7A https://www.youtube.com/shorts/t5oUEamfhUI
