I'm back from grocery shopping, and currently posting this, and then going to head to the gym. I'm being forced (that's what it feels like, anyway) to take this nutrition class per my doctor. The first time I took it (it was via Zoom) last Wednesday, I felt like the lady was saying "Don't eat this and don't eat that." I did not want to be in that meeting at all, but it will be good for me in the long run--I don't want to continue to have high cholesterol. Today at the store I bought a lot of vegetables. After my walking to, around, and home from the store, I currently have 3,028 steps. I guess that was my "2000 step walk" for the morning. I'll try to get the rest this afternoon. I just upped my step goal on my step counter to 6,500. Hopefully I'll remember and be able to get to that goal next time. I'm off to the gym. That's why I often don't like dealing with specialists like that, because that's their job, basically. I hope it works out for you, though.
