A few weeks ago me and my mother in law were talking about making something that would be warming and filling and she mentioned wanting veggie hamburger soup. So I bought the stuff, but never made it.
So I told her yesterday that I would go ahead and make it today, and after the morning we all had I decided there was no more putting it off.
I browned and seasoned some ground beef, then added it to chicken broth, cooked soft potatoes, peas, green beans, corn, tomatoes and made soup.
It turned out so good. But I made WAY too much.
I ate mine with garlic bread and it was good!
That's what was for dinner tonight, what did you have?

I stopped and got Hot and Sour Soup and Pork Lo Mien on the way home today. It was good!! My hubby almost didn't save me ANY soup! He thought I had gotten some and he came around for seconds. I got half a cup full so it's all good! Your soup looks delicious!!

Oh, so glad your dinner turned out yummy! My kiddos had grilled cheese sandwiches-they have been wanting that for a while. I made chicken buffalo dip for myself. =)
