Well, I tried...

I went to the gym, and had just started doing my sets with the 10-pound barbells, when my phone rang. It was the young man who calls every Tuesday to remind me that the nutrition class I'm supposed to take is starting.
Darn it.
I put the barbells back on the stand and headed home, turned on the computer, and joined the meeting.
I try to write down what this lady says, but it doesn't always happen. Sometimes I do screencaps of recipes she shows and stuff.
Right now, even though I think it's more mental than anything, I am feeling wiped. I have got to go to the gym and do my whole half hour tomorrow.

Did you chose to start to the gym and classes or do you have to do them as part of something else?

Not sure what you mean. The gym is on site at the apartment complex where I live, and I try to go there as often as I can. The nutrition classes are something my doctor is making me do.

Why Not just get a dvd player & tape it so that way
you don't miss anything, that's what I would do, I use to
do that when I would go fishing & when I called it a day
I would sit & watch the dvd player of what I taped.

For one thing, I don't know how to tape one a DVD, and for another, the instructor asks questions of the people in the meeting, ao "taping" it wouldn't do me any good because I couldn't answer her.
