Most people will most likely have a couple of rules which they adhere to in the quest to keep good health One of mine is not eating to much fat in my diet and drinking plenty water. Most important one for me is keeping mobile, walking quite a lot. But what about you? Which rule formgood health is most important for you?

I do a lot of walking when the weather is good & being I ended up with t-2-d from my gallbladder & pancreas attack 3 yrs ago that wasn't expected & on a handful of meds everyday, I have to be careful & mindful of what I eat which sucks but I'm doing a lot better than I use to be from my attack.

I think walking helps on a number of levels. The weather being bad depresses me because I can't get out I am glad that you are doing a lot better

Same basic ones. Keep moving and going to the gym. Staying hydrated. Focusing on protein instead of carbs.

Walking and plenty of fibre, as Hugh Fearnly-Whittingstall has talked about on Radio 4
