Today one of my friends told me what had happened in their family last night. He told me his younger brother came to him after midnight and told him his mother wants him to come to her immediately. He told me that he immediately rushed to his mother, but she was reading a book. When he asked her what had happened and why she had called him His mother replied she did not call him. My friend went to his younger brother and found him fast asleep. He realized that his brother had walked to him in sleep. Now my friend is worried. He asked me what if his brother had walked out of the house. I had no answer. Is walking in sleep is a disease?? This was the first time it has happened with his brother. Does anyone of you know how it can be treated??

I would not worry if it was just once. I have done it myself, as has my dad. If it continues to happen, they should take him to the doctor. Very often it is a manifestation of stress. To be sure he doesn’t drive, I would hide the keys to any vehicle, and only tell him where he put them in the morning after he got up for the day (if possible).

Thank you He doesn't drive And this is the first time he has done this. Last night my friend slept by his side to ensure he doesn't walk in sleep again. If it is due to stress, I'll ask him..
