Just Had a Lovely 45 Minute Outdoor Walk

It's a beautiful sunny day this afternoon, perfect temperature with a tiny crispness to it. It's 52F degrees. We have a safe neighborhood with sidewalks and very little traffic, so we can walk safely here. I ran into a neighbor who walks all the time too and we chatted for a few minutes. He's 90. Have you spend any time outdoors today?

I also walk daily usually, for 15-20 minutes in the afternoon and another 15-20 minutes in the evening. It takes away the stresses.

Not today but two days ago, I was able to have my morning walk around the neighborhood too. Went out at 7:00 am, came back at around quarter to 8. The sun just feels so nice on the skin and I took my kitty with me. It was fun to have her around. Glad that she walks like a dog haha..

That looks like a nice place to walk Lucky someone came along to take the photo The 90 year old guy is probably 90 because he walks I won't reach no 90 that's for sure. You keep it up, you are doing fine Yvonne says she likes your pants

No, and it’s a lovely day at 67 degrees. I just can’t walk more than a few feet without being exhausted. I feel sorry for my dog because she really wants to get outside.
