Not a complete waste of time...

I had to go out in the rain because I thought that I was going to pick up my pills.
I rode the bus to the Health Center, stood in line at the pharmacy, and when I got to the window I was told that the order hadn't been put in to my doctor yet. 
So, I have to wait until my doctor gets the order.
I caught the bus to go home, and I went to the gym when I got off the bus. I quit before 15 minutes had even passed because my arms started to feel weak/shaky. At least I went.
After I left the gym I went for a walk to the mailbox, but the mail hasn't come yet. Currently I have over 3,000 steps. If the rain holds up (it stopped while I was in the pharmacy) I'll go and get it this afternoon.
