I took a roast out last night but it wasn't thawed in time for me to make it last night. But it was today.
So in the slow cooker I tossed the roast, some poatoes, some broth, seasoning and green beans and it was delicious.
I didn't take a picture becuase I am still feeling pretty under the weather and I only ate a little bit and then it came right back up.
So you'll just have to envision the dinner on your own. It'll be a good exercise in imagination.

I wanted to put carrots in it, but I am apparently the only one who grew up wiht carrots in it. I guess Chris grandma used to put green beans in hers so thats why I was rewuested to do that.

@AmbiePam Right, i sometimes wonder if the differences in dishes is regional? Lol i learned recipies from my grandma who was raised in tennessee and lived in indiana midwest. and chris family is all from here, or parts of florida.
