Rescheduling...

I had to reschedule an appointment via telehealth this morning. My brain is still spinning, so I hope the lady I spoke to said 9:30 a.m. 
I'm thinking that's it, because I jumped on it when she said the time.
Right now I need to take my meds and other morning stuff, and then I'll probably look over those protocol papers while I'm waiting for my appointment.
I realized, since one of the "protocol" things I read about was teachers keeping their phones in their "cubbies" I won't be getting accurate step count during the week, but it's a small price to pay for getting a paycheck. 
Now I'm off to take my meds and whatnot.

Well, You likely wouldn't get a good reading if you kept it on you either. steps can be tricky.
