I can't make it work.

I called the lady I was supposed to call who was supposedly supposed to help me learn how to work the sign-in thing for work. I've gotten it to come up once on my phone, but I haven't been able to get it to come up since. I'm putting the address in that I'm supposed to, but then it changes and goes to some other website. I guess I'll just have to tell my boss that when I get to work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Hopefully my boss or someone will help me get this thing working.

I called the place that helped me "set up" the app, and the young man who answered said that it was actually the brand of my phone that caused the app not to work. I don't get that, but he gave me a case number and told me what to say to my boss.
