Should FIFA remove Mexico from the 2026 world cup hosting?

Following the execution of the most wanted drug lord in Mexico, the countryhas been thrown into serious chaos with drug cartels nd their loyalists causing mayhem in many of the world cup host cities. Could this be a reason for FIFA to transfer the hosting right to another country?

It would be difficult to remove Mexico as one of the hosts
But not impossible
I would more worry about ICE agents killing people going to watch games in America
